The manufacturing unit of Kadam is spread over 4224 sq.mt. with the main built up area of 2112 sq.mt. The built up area includes the state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, the three separate warehouses of Raw material and Finished products, Modern Laboratory etc. The installed capacity of Kadam is 80 containers of 19,000 kilos each i.e, 1520 MT per year.

The manufacturing unit of Kadam is located on the national highway connecting mumbai and Kandla/Mundra, the two major ports of India. This helps the unit to make the delivery of the goods easy and fast.
