Psyllium Husks Morning Protein Smoothie

Psyllium is derived from the plant Plantago ovata. Psyllium seed husks are indigestible in human beings and are often used as a source of dietary fiber. Psyllium seed husks are portions of the seeds of the plant Plantago ovata, a native of India, Iran and Pakistan. Psyllium seed husk is essentially one of the greatest all-natural sources of soluble dietary fiber.

  • 150g yogurt
  • 15g unflavored whey protein (use Pulsin’s Organic Whey Protein)
  • 1 Tbsp psyllium husk (optional, adds fiber and makes it thicker)
