Psyllium Husk Smoothie Recipe Which Helps to Reduce Your Cholesterol

No individual food inherently burns belly fat, including psyllium husk. However, incorporating psyllium husk into a healthy lifestyle can make it easier for you to lose weight. Psyllium is a soluble fiber that increases the bulk of other substances, making your meals more satisfying and helping you consume fewer calories. The only healthy way to lose weight is to maintain a balanced diet and burn more calories than you consume.

  • Smoothie With Flax Seed Oil & Psyllium Husks 

Ingredients
12 banana
1 scoop protein powder
12 tbsp flax seed (oil)
34 cup berry (mixed)
12 cup soymilk
1 tsp psyllium husk

Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender. Mix, pour and serve.
  
  • Cholesterol Busting Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Oat Milk
1½ tbls LSA
1 tsp Lecithin granules
 1 tsp Psyllium husks

Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together Sweeten if desired with raw honey, Natvia or agave

  • Heart Smart Smoothie

Ingredients
1/3 cup soy protein powder
1/2 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 large ripe banana (or berries of your choice)
1/2 tablespoon apple juice
2 tablespoons psyllium fiber (sugar-free Metamucil)

Directions:
Peel banana; break into chunks. Put all ingredients in a blender. Add 16 ounces of water with ice. Cover, blend until fairly smooth. Enjoy!

  • Breakfast Smoothie 

Ingredients
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup fresh fruit (I like blueberries and strawberries)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon psyllium husks
3 Ester-C capsules (about 1 teaspoon)
1 cup ice, plus water for blending ease

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. If any is left over, freeze as ice pops or in ice trays for a quick, delicious and healthy snack. Alternative: You can use frozen fruit and skip the added ice.
